Return Policy

We want your shopping experience to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible with a simple return policy listed below. If you have any questions call us at 251.270.7298 (hours are 10am-5:30pm CST Monday - Friday) or email us at orders@7southshop.com.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible so we can take care of you.

  • Merchandise may be exchanged for the same item in a different size/color or returned for refund.
  • We accept returns for refund within 14 days from the original ship date.
  • We accept returns for an online credit for promotional sale items up to 14 calendar days from the date you place your order. 
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
  • Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, without make-up on the items, and original tags attached.
  • Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving merchandise or it will not be eligible for return.
  • We will gladly issue a FREE Return Label if merchandise is being returned due to defects on our end. (Call us in the event that this happens.)
  • We hold the right to partially refund or not issue a refund at all if merchandise is returned without any damage being reported or is suspected to have been worn.
  • Original shipping is not refundable.
  • Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitoring resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. 
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. 
  • We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.

* We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. 7 South is not responsible for damaged or missing packages or packages lost in transit.
