- Merchandise may be exchanged for same item in a different size/color or returned for refund.
- We accept returns for refund within 14 days from original ship date.
- We accept returns for an online credit for promotional sale items up to 14 calendar days from the date you place your order.
- Accessories and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, with no make on the items, and original tags attached.
- Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving merchandise or it will not be eligible for return.
- We will gladly issue a FREE Return Label if merchandise is being returned due to defects on our end. (Call us in the event that this happens)
- We hold the right to partially refund or not issue a refund at all if merchandise is returned without a damage being reported or is suspected to have been worn.
- Original shipping is not refundable.
- Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitoring resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
